Dear Family,
The +R Family Reunion is approaching quickly and we hope everyone has it on their calendar and is planning on attending. We will be setting up Friday, July 10th and cleaning up and going home Sunday, July 12th.
The Reunion will be held at the Jay Birch Ranch up Spanish Fork Canyon. The Reunion has been held there a number of times over the past few years but here is a quick reminder on how to get there: From I-15 take exit #258/Price (US-89 E)/Manti onto US-6 (approximately 15 miles). Turn right on US-89 and then watch for the +R sign for the next turn-off (about a mile). Jay's Ranch is just a few miles up the road and we will make sure there are signs to direct you. If you need more instructions just give us a call.
MEALS:
Saturday Morning - Pancake Breakfast
Saturday Evening - Hamburgers & Hot Dogs Potluck Dinner
***Everyone please bring salads, chips, desserts, or anything else that would be yummy for dinner.
Sunday Morning - Pancake Breakfast
SNACKS - We would like everyone to bring a snack to share. These will be set out for everyone to enjoy throughout the day Saturday as we visit, play games, do crafts, and just relax.
RAFFLE:
Don't forget your raffle items. We have two quilts and heard rumor of a couple more that will be donated. Put some
thought, creativity and your talents into your raffle items. We hope to have some really great items this year. The raffle tickets will be $1.00 each this year and the raffle will be Saturday evening.
Canasta & Horseshoes:
Pick your partner and get ready for the Canasta tournament. Let's see how many of us remember how to play and if you
don't then it is not to late to learn. Trudi will be coordinating so let her know if you want to play.
Horseshoe tournaments will also be held. James will be coordinating the Men's, Lady's, and Kid's tournaments so let him know if you will be competing. If you have any horseshoe sets please bring them.
There will also be other crafts and games going on for all ages. Also remember to bring your stories, photos and other memorabilia to share. We have heard a few stories and memories lately and it has been WONDERFUL! We are so looking forward to seeing everyone and thank you in advance for making the effort to come.
See you Soon!
